Reporting to the Deputy Representative Programme with matrix reporting to the Deputy Representative (Operations), the incumbent will provide strategic and technical expertise to strengthen the effective use of digital solutions or programme delivery, systems strengthening, monitoring, accountability, and operational effectiveness. **Purpose of the Post:** The T4D Specialist is responsible to coordinate and support UNICEF Nepal Country Office's Technology for Development (T4D) portfolio. UNICEF Programmes increasingly leverage digital solutions to enhance effective programme delivery, systems strengthening and monitoring and accountability. The T4D Specialist will collaborate closely with programme teams in the identification, assessment and integration of Information & Communication Technology (ICT) and digital innovation into UNICEF programming.
