Offer Description: Key Responsibilities Provide strategic and operational leadership to the Department's academic affairs and its team. Ensure the quality of teaching, research and academic processes. Oversee the development, delivery and continuous enhancement of study programs. Lead departmental planning and budget management, with accountability for performance and results. Establish effective academic processes and ensure compliance with quality assurance requirements. Coordinate the professional development of academic staff. Work closely with University leadership, strategic partners and external institutions. Initiate and deliver projects that advance the University’s academic development. Candidate Profile A doctoral degree in physical or technological sciences. At least three years of experience in academic administration. A thorough understanding of Lithuania’s higher education system and its regulatory framework. Demonstrated experience in team leadership and change management. Strong strategic planning and decision-making capabilities. Fluency in Lithuanian, English and Russian. Remuneration Gross monthly salary of EUR 4,800–5,342. A performance-related component of up to 30% of annual salary, subject to achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) agreed with the Rector.
