The Department of Pedagogy at UdG carries out teaching and research activities in the areas of Didactics and Educational Organisation, Theory and History of Education, Social Work and Research Methods and Educational Assessment. The department is involved in several undergraduate, master’s and doctoral programs, and leads competitive research projects at both national and international levels, establishing itself as a key player in its field. A call for applications is open for a full-time faculty permanent position at the rank of full professor ('catedràtic'). We are seekking a candidate with strong academic background in qualitative research methods applied to educaqtion and in the evaluation of educational programs. Experience and potencial to develop high-quality research on the social inclusion of people with intellectual disabilities through qualitative, participatory, and inclusive approaches will be haghly valued. The candidate should also demonstrate teaching experience at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
