Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) is issuing this Request for Supply Arrangement (SA) under the National Shipbuilding Strategy (NSS). The NSS encompasses the following activities: Large ship construction; Smaller ship construction; Ship repair, refit, and maintenance.
