The purpose of this Request for Supply Arrangement (RFSA) is to establish a list of pre-qualified suppliers to carry out the pre-installation inspection, installation, and maintenance of residential water treatment systems. Multiple suppliers may qualify as Supply Arrangement (SA) holders. However, contracts under the SA will be awarded through a competitive Request for Proposal (RFP) process.
