Offer Description: De-CRIPT is looking for support for a complex international research environment, to ensure compliance with ERC and university requirements and facilitate the work of researchers. The skills of the candidate should reflect both research administration and interpersonal coordination . Gross salary per year: 11.389,36 €. The application period is from 15 to 28 October, both inclusive. Requirements: Research Field Anthropology Education Level Master Degree or equivalent Research Field Cultural studies Education Level Master Degree or equivalent Research Field Geography Education Level Master Degree or equivalent Skills/Qualifications Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. Strong understanding of research funding administration, preferably within European (ERC, Horizon Europe or similar) frameworks. Knowledge of university research administration procedures and compliance requirements. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in interdisciplinary and multicultural environments. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate and mitigate administrative and operational risks. High level of autonomy, initiative, and capacity to prioritize competing demands. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Advanced digital literacy (Microsoft Office, collaborative platforms, project management software, cloud-based document management). Desirable skills Previous experience managing ERC-funded or other prestigious international research projects. Familiarity with procurement, recruitment, contracting, and travel management within a university setting. Experience organizing international workshops, conferences, and research events. Experience supporting dissemination, communication, and reporting activities. Experience working in the social sciences or humanities, particularly in anthropology or related disciplines. Research Field AnthropologyCultural studiesGeography Years of Research Experience 1 - 4 Additional Information: Eligibility criteria The selection is made through the evaluation of the curriculum , with an overall score of zero (0) to ten (10) points. The minimum score is five (5) points. The evaluation criteria are the following: - Suitability of the candidate to the main function to be carried out - Curricular experience - Professional knowledge and skills - Communication skills and motivation. The tribunal, in its constitutive session, assesses the CVs of the candidates presented. Selection process A resolution of adjudication is issued to the person who, having passed the selection procedure, obtains the highest score and publishes the prioritised list of applicants who have passed the selection process, indicating the scores obtained, for subsequent recruitment, if necessary. Additional comments Duration of the contract of employment: 12 months, renewable up to 31/08/2030. The candidate proposed for hiring must accept the job offer within 5 working days from the date of notification of the selection. Priority will be given to people with disabilities (Law 89/2015 of June 2, reserve of quota 2% in favour of people with disabilities in companies of 50 or more people). Be aware that the starting date sets in this offer is an estimate date. The official starting date will depend on the bureaucratic time that will take the preparation of the labour contract and presentation of the necessary documents to be hired by the selected candidate.
