Offer Description: Department of Archaeology, Faculty of Arts, University of West Bohemia announces a selection procedure for the position of Recognised Researcher (R2) for the project The Land Gone Wild: Archaeology and Transdisciplinary Research of Resilience Strategies in 20th Century ( Zdivočelá země: archeologický a transdisciplinární výzkum resilienčních strategií ve 20. století , CZ.02.01.01/00/23_025/0008705) . Job description: research and publishing activities working with formal and spatial archaeological data development and administration of database applications Requirements: Research Field Other Education Level Master Degree or equivalent Skills/Qualifications university degree in archaeology only for non-commercial research in compliance with particular stipulations of the project call experience in the field (conducting field excavations and their evaluation) a data specialist with a focus on archaeology experience with database systems experience with the collection and analysis of spatial data valid category B driving license Czech language proficiency (minimum level B2) Languages CZECH Additional Information: Selection process The candidate shall provide following: CV cover letter describing candidate's research interest and experience proof of educational qualifications Received applications will be considered carefully in line with principles of the EU Charter and Code for Researchers. Selection criteria: (i) meeting qualification requirements described above, (ii) all required documents provided. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a personal interview.
