This RFSA is for deliveries in all regions of Canada, excluding Nunavut and locations that are subject to Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements (CLCAs). The RFSA will simultaneously include a provision to establish a duplicate Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Businesses (PSIB). Both PSIB and non-PSIB SA will be issued to qualified Suppliers in one or more of the following eight regions: Atlantic, National Capital Region (NCR), Northwest Territories, Ontario, Pacific, Quebec, Western, Yukon. Existing qualified suppliers that have been issued a supply arrangement in this series are not required to submit a new arrangement.
