Development of electronic sensors for cardiovascular and respiratory monitoring using cardiomechanical techniques

Università degli Studi di Napoli “Federico II"

Deadline

1 December 2026

Description

Offer Description: The research program involves the design, construction, and testing of electronic devices capable of detecting vibrations and sounds generated within the human body. Specifically, the research falls within the field of noninvasive cardiomechanical methods such as forcecardiography and seismocardiography. These sensors will measure mechanical parameters (such as displacement, velocity, acceleration, and pressure) at a point on the body’s surface in order to provide information regarding the mechanical movements generated within the body by both the cardiovascular and respiratory systems. Requirements: Research Field Engineering » Electronic engineering Education Level Master Degree or equivalent Additional Information: Additional comments The calls for applications are available for consultation at the following links: https://www.unina.it/it/ateneo/concorsi-e-borse-di-studio/incarichi-di-… ; https://www.dieti.unina.it/index.php/it/ Website for additional job details https://www.unina.it/it/ateneo/concorsi-e-borse-di-studio/incarichi-di-ricerca
