Offer Description: DEAN OF THE FACULTY OF MEDICINE OF THE UNIVERSITY OF RZESZÓW announces an open recruitment procedure for the position of assistant in the group of teaching staff. Organizational unit of the University of Rzeszów: Medical College, Faculty of Medicine, Department of Oncology, Radiotherapy, and Translational Medicine Place of work: ul. Warzywna 1a, 35-310 Rzeszów number of positions available: 2 keywords: medicine, oncology, radiotherapy, translational medicine, assistant, teaching The recruitment procedure is open to persons who meet the conditions set out in Article 113 of the Act of 20 July 2018. Law on Higher Education and Science (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1571, as amended). MAIN OBLIGATIONS: • conducting educational activities in the fields of oncology, including classes taught in English maintaining and archiving teaching documentation • developing and updating teaching materials for the classes taught • preparing classes, monitoring the consumption of materials and reagents, and placing orders for consumables required to conduct the classes • improving work methods and continuously enhancing professional qualifications • active participation in the scientific activities of the Department of Oncology, Radiotherapy, and Translational Medicine, resulting in scientific publications in accordance with the regulations • participation in the research and organizational activities of the Faculty of Medicine • dissemination of research results (participation in scientific conferences, science popularization activities) • performance of administrative tasks related to the university’s research, teaching, and organizational activities • cooperation with the socio-economic environment • participation in initiatives promoting health, first aid, and fields of study at the Faculty of Medicine Requirements: Research Field Medical sciences Education Level Master Degree or equivalent Languages POLISH Level Mother Tongue Research Field Medical sciences Years of Research Experience 1 - 4
