Offer Description: The Dean of the Faculty of Education of Trnava University in Trnava, pursuant to Section 52 of Act No. 300/2025 Coll. on Higher Education Institutions and on Amendments and Supplements to Certain Acts, as amended, the Principles Governing Selection Procedures for Filling the Positions of University Teachers and Research Staff, Appointments to the Positions of Professors and Associate Professors, and Appointments to Managerial Positions at Trnava University in Trnava, and the General Criteria for Filling the Positions of Professors and Associate Professors at Trnava University in Trnava, announces a selection procedure for the position of: Position of Associate Professor in Teacher Education and Educational Sciences Study Programme: English Language and Literature Qualification Requirements: general criteria for appointment to Associate Professor positions and the specific requirements for selection procedures at Trnava University in Trnava are available at: http://truni.sk/legislativa-zakladne-normy-TU ; academic rank of Associate Professor (docent), or fulfilment of the minimum requirements for appointment to an Associate Professor position in accordance with the General Criteria for Appointment to Associate Professor Positions and the specific requirements for selection procedures at Trnava University; research, scholarly publication, and project activity in the relevant field. Additional Criteria: international research activities and cooperation with international partner institutions in the relevant field ; good civic and professional standing. Evaluation Procedure: Meeting the required qualification criteria is a mandatory condition for participation in the selection procedure. The ranking of applicants will be determined based on their fulfilment of the additional criteria. The position will be awarded to the applicant with the highest overall ranking.
