Functions Carry out risk assessments for installations and activities, recommend appropriate control measures and monitor on their implementation. Perform and coordinate safety inspections with subject matter experts. Support responsible teams in preparing, reviewing and maintaining safety documentation (e.g. technical descriptions, operation and maintenance procedures, etc.). Provide clear guidance and actionable advice to stakeholders on safety-related matters. Promote a proactive and sustainable Safety Culture through stakeho | Qualifications: Master's degree or PhD or equivalent relevant experience in the field of Engineering or Physics or a related field. Experience: Demonstrated experience in safety management and risk assessment, in complex technical environments (e.g. research facilities, large-scale engineering projects, etc.). Solid understanding of safety principles, risk analysis methods, and implementation of control measures.
