Directorate: GOV | Department: Corporate Functions | Location: Paris, Île-de-France Region, France | Level: Mid-Senior Level | Grade: CF3 | Function: Writing/Editing | Ref: REF3180G | Main Responsibilities Stakeholder identification & engagement Map and analyse stakeholders across the infrastructure investment ecosystem, including investors (e.g. Limited Partners (LPs) and General Partners (GPs)), financial institutions, development banks, project developers, engineering firms, industry associations, civil society networks, and government agencies. Support targeted outreach to prospective partners and champions of the Blue Dot Network, and manage and nurture ongoing relationships, ensuring timely follow-up and engagement tracking. Support the organisation and implementation of the BDN Executive Consultation Group and Steering Committee work programme, including stakeholder consultations, working groups and strategic dialogues.
