You have: Hold a university diploma Bac+3 in Computer Management, Information Technology or related field. Minimum 1 year of professional experience as an ICT Officer in a humanitarian context. Prior professional experience in complex and unstable contexts or humanitarian emergencies. Demonstrate measurable results in the responsibilities related to the position. Possess excellent communication, organization, and priority management skills. Knowledge of English is an asset. Have good computer skills, including generic software, Internet, maintenance, and management of IT parks. Solid experience with: Windows 11; Microsoft Office 365; Cisco Meraki; LAN and WAN networks; workstation maintenance and support. Flexibility regarding working hours and days, and willing to undertake business missions throughout North Kivu and other intervention areas as needed. Autonomy and good communication skills. Rigorous and well-organized. Good experience with Windows systems, Cisco equipment, computer maintenance, and network troubleshooting. Knowledge of collaboration and automation tools on Office 365 (Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Teams). Training and pedagogy skills. Knowledge in data management and software engineering is a plus. Good knowledge of the context of Eastern DRC. Knowledge of local languages is an asset. Sous la supervision du support manager NK, l’ICT Officer assurera la mise en œuvre, la gestion, la maintenance et le suivi de l’ensemble des activités liées aux technologies de l’information et de la communication au sein des bureaux de NRC au Nord-Kivu Qualifications Compétences professionnelles génériques Être détenteur d’un diplôme universitaire Bac+3, en Gestion informatique, en technologie de l’information ou dans un domaine connexe. Minimum 1 ans d’expérience professionnelle en tant qu’Officier ICT dans un contexte humanitaire. Expérience professionnelle antérieure dans des contextes complexes et instables ou d’urgence Humanitaire. Avoir des réalisations avérées et des Résultats mesurables dans l’exercice des responsabilités liées au poste. Posséder d’excellentes capacités de Communication, d’organisation et de gestion des priorités. (La connaissance de l'anglais est un atout) Avoir une bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques, notamment les logiciels génériques, Internet, ainsi que les activités liées à la maintenance et à la gestion d’un parc informatique. Disposer d’une solide expérience dans : Windows 11 ; Microsoft Office 365 ; Cisco Meraki ; Réseau LAN et WAN ; la maintenance et le support des postes de travail ; Faire preuve de flexibilité quant aux horaires et aux jours de travail, et être disposé à effectuer des missions professionnelles à travers toute la province du Nord-Kivu ainsi que dans d’autres zones d’intervention selon les besoins.
