About the Role As International Collaboration Manager, you will provide expert advice to researchers and departments on international collaboration risks, including due diligence, export control and the National Security and Investment Act. You will develop policy, monitoring and compliance approaches, advise on complex cases and raise awareness across the University. You will also represent Oxford externally and provide strategic advice and briefings to senior colleagues. About You Significant experience of supporting international collaborations or compliance. Strong analytical skills and sound judgement. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate complex information clearly. Strong relationship-building and influencing skills. Strategic thinking and attention to detail. Ability to develop pragmatic, well-founded advice. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Sponsorship and Right To Work This role meets the criteria for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker visa. The University will meet the cost of the Skilled Worker visa and NHS surcharge for applicants that require a visa. Please let us know in your application if you require sponsorship. Enhanced Security Vetting The postholder, upon appointment, will be required to undergo Horus Enhanced Security Vetting. The department will arrange this vetting and will cover the cost.
