You have: Postgraduate degree (MA/MSc/MBA, PHD or other) A master’s degree in social studies, international relations or related field. Extensive relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of the university degree. Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in partnerships and donor management – Proven track record in coordinating partnerships, supporting donor-funded initiatives, and developing related content. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Demonstrated client orientation and ability to respond to diverse stakeholder needs with professionalism and empathy. Ability to coordinate and implement activities effectively. Ability to develop and administer online surveys. Experience in coordinating virtual and in-person events. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Advanced knowledge of English is required; knowledge of Spanish, Mongolian, Arabic or any other UN languages is an asset. Contract This is a Consultancy contract. More about Consultancy contracts . Super Logeur Details Result of Service EXPECTED OUTPUTS AND TIMELINES / RESULT OF SERVICE By end of September 2026 • Submit a three-month community and partnerships workplan outlining priority activities, target partnerships, expected results, responsibilities, and timelines. • Establish and update the WEIDE partnership tracker, covering international and country-level partners, commitments, opportunities, referrals, focal points, deadlines, and follow-up status. • Secure at least one local partnership in each WEIDE country and one international partnership. • Develop an implementation plan for each confirmed partnership. • Coordinate at least one NAG meeting, including preparation, documentation, and follow-up. By end of October 2026 • Secure at least one additional local partnership in each WEIDE country and one additional international partnership. • Organize at least one partner-led thematic or cross-country session. • Facilitate and document at least three targeted introductions or referrals for WEIDE SMEs. • Submit an updated partnership tracker and monthly progress report. By end of November 2026 • Secure at least one additional local partnership in each WEIDE country and one additional international partnership. • Organize at least one SME networking or partnership session. • Facilitate and document at least three additional targeted introductions or referrals. • Submit a consolidated report covering partnerships secured, opportunities generated, SME participation and results, outstanding actions, and recommendations. Work Location HQ-based or Home-based Expected duration 3 months Duties and Responsibilities BACKGROUND: The International Trade Centre (ITC) is a joint agency of the United Nations and World Trade Organization based in Geneva. ITC’s mission is to enable small business export success in developing and transition- economy countries, by providing, with partners, sustainable and inclusive development solutions to the private sector, trade support institutions (TSIs) and policymakers. The Women Exporters in the Digital Economy (WEIDE) Fund, launched by the World Trade Organization (WTO) and the International Trade Centre (ITC) in February 2024, aims to empower women entrepreneurs by helping them grow their businesses through international trade and digitalization. The USD 50 million WEIDE Fund unlocks opportunities in international trade and digital trade for women entrepreneurs by improving their access to: • Grants and support from financial institutions to reduce the finance gap • Technical assistance and training related to digital skills and improving export competitiveness • Export markets, with the aim of connecting more women to digital market platforms • Networks and support services, with the objective of creating more inclusive and effective business ecosystems including leveraging partnerships with the private and public sectors.
