You have: Completed Master or equivalent (Advanced University Degree) in Political Science, International Relations, Public Policy, Development Studies, Law, or a related field is required. A minimum of eight (8) years of progressively responsible experience in political analysis, governance, policy advisory, international development, or a closely related field is required. Fluency in English and good working knowledge of Spanish are required. Strong analytical thinking and synthesis skills, with the ability to distill complex information into concise, actionable insights and recommendations for senior management, are required. Experience engaging diplomatically with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, building effective partnerships, and navigating sensitive discussions is required. Experience providing strategic policy foresight, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and delivering executive-level advisory support on emerging issues and organizational priorities is required. Contract This is a P-4 contract. This kind of contract is known as Professional and Director staff . It is normally internationally recruited only . It's a staff contract. It usually requires 7 years of experience , depending on education. Salary The salary for this job should be between 119,262 USD and 153,763 USD . Salary for a P-4 contract in Panama City The international rate of 90,970 USD, with an additional 31.1% (post adjustment) at this the location, applies.
