You have: Advanced University Degree (master's or equivalent) in Gender Studies, Social Sciences, International Development, Public Policy, Development Studies, Humanitarian Affairs, or another academic field relevant to international humanitarian/development assistance. Alternatively, a First University Degree (Bachelor’s) combined with a minimum of two (2) additional year of directly related professional work experience. Total relevant 5 years of experience including 1 year of Professional experience progressively responsible professional experience in gender mainstreaming, protection tracking, community accountability, safeguarding, or social inclusion within the humanitarian or development sector. Proven experience supporting complex field operations, preferably in high-risk, fragile, or conflict-affected operating environments. Demonstrated experience designing and facilitating technical training workshops, learning sessions, and capacity-building initiatives for diverse institutional stakeholders. Direct experience conducting field-level risk assessments, focus group discussions, or formative qualitative research related to marginalized populations. Fluency in both English and Arabic. Thorough understanding of protection mainstreaming, disability inclusion principles, AAP tools, and PSEA minimum standards inside enterprise-scale operations.
