Experience supporting programme coordination or project implementation is an advantage. Experience working with international organizations, government institutions or NGOs is desirable. Fluency in Korean and English (written and spoken) is required. Excellent analytical, writing and organizational skills. Strong interpersonal and coordination skills. IOM Poland operates from its Country Office in Warsaw and sub-offices across the country, implementing programmes in migration governance, humanitarian assistance, refugee response, integration and other migration-related areas. The consultant will provide programme support services contributing to the implementation and development of IOM Poland's activities supporting refugees and migrants. The consultancy will include programme coordination, research, reporting, partnership support and operational assistance. The consultant will work under the direct supervision of the National Programme Officer and overall supervision of the Chief of Mission, in close coordination with Programme Managers and relevant programme teams.
