You have: University degree in Communications, Journalism, Arts, International Relations, Development Studies, Social Sciences or a related field from an accredited academic institution. Demonstrated experience in communications, public information or media. Experience managing social media or digital communication campaigns. Experience supporting outreach, advocacy or awareness raising initiatives. Experience in photography and videography is highly desirable. Fluency in Korean and English (written and spoken) is required. Working knowledge of an additional migrant language (especially Ukrainian and/or Russian) is an advantage. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and/or Premiere Pro. IOM Poland operates from its Country Office in Warsaw and sub-offices across the country, supporting migration governance, humanitarian assistance, refugee response, labour mobility, migrant integration and other migration-related programmes. The consultant will provide specialized communications support to strengthen the visibility of IOM Poland's activities, with particular emphasis on public information, awareness raising and production of multimedia communication products supporting ongoing programmes, including activities related to refugees and migrants. The consultant will work under the direct supervision of the Media and Communications Officer and overall supervision of the Chief of Mission, in close coordination with programme managers. Knowledge of migration issues or humanitarian programming is an advantage. Skills Excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent drafting and reporting skills. Demonstrated experience in graphic design, photography, videography and multimedia content production. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and/or Premiere Pro. Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
