You have: Master’s degree with relevant experience in law, social science, public policy or other related degree. At least 8 years of experience working on safeguarding or PSEAH policy implementation in the NGO, UN or government context. Fluency in Amharic and English. Experience delivering training particularly with government counterparts. Knowledge and experience working with government entities and excellent understanding of government structures. Understanding of government disciplinary processes, administrative tribunals and courts is highly desirable. Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality outputs. In collaboration and consultation with the Civil Service Commission, Ministry of Women & Social Affairs and other relevant counterparts, draft Standard Operating Procedures for receiving, channeling and referring SEAH complaints up to investigation stage. Develop training package for staff on what constitutes SEAH, the Code of Conduct and how to report, including PowerPoints, facilitator’s guide, case studies, learning activities, feedback form. The training package should consist of: General awareness training (half day); 2 or 3 day training of trainers package; and Training package for senior management/supervisors. Training monitoring and reporting template developed including indicators for training compliance Conduct one general awareness training Conduct two ToTs for up to 30 participants To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have… Minimum requirements: Education: Master’s degree with relevant experience in law, social science, public policy or other related degree.
