You have: Masters in Nutrition, Health Sciences, Public Health, Global Health, Health Economics, or any other related fields. Minimum of seven years of professional experience in nutrition policy, health financing, and multisectoral program design. Fluency in English and Kinyarwanda is required. Knowledge of French is an asset. Strong knowledge of nutrition programmes, including maternal, infant, and young child nutrition, micronutrient interventions, community nutrition, and health service delivery. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including experience with data collection, analysis, interpretation, and presentation. Proven experience in developing national strategies, technical reports, policy briefs, strategic plans, and guidelines. Work Experience: Minimum of seven years of professional experience in nutrition policy, health financing, and multisectoral program design, combined with strong analytical and costing skills. Proven experience in developing national strategies, technical reports, policy briefs, strategic plans, and guidelines. Experience in stakeholder engagement, facilitation of workshops, and capacity-building activities. Proven experience in conducting quantitative or qualitative research.
