You have: Completion of secondary education, preferably supplemented by technical or university courses in administration or related to the work of the organization is required. Minimum of six (6) years of relevant work experience in administration is required, preferably with the UN or other international organizations. BA degree qualifies as 3 years’ experience and Master’s degree qualifies as additional 2 years of relevant experience. Experience in event planning and knowledge of UN/UNICEF rules is highly desirable. Experience working with corporate Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, particularly SAP, is desirable. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced work environment is desirable. Proven ability to deal with confidential and sensitive communication and information is desirable. Proven ability to organize and prioritize is desirable. Work experience in a shared services centre context is an asset. Previous experience in planning, organizing and delivering administrative support services is highly desirable. Fluency in both spoken and written Hungarian and English is required. Knowledge of an additional UN language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian, Spanish) is considered an asset. Internal applicants from the GSSC are required to complete the Learning Path corresponding to their current level before applying for another position. Applicants must be nationals of Hungary or EU/Schengen countries OR in the possession of a valid long-term Hungarian residence and work permits. Contract This is a G-6 contract. This kind of contract is known as General Service and related categories . It is normally only for nationals . It usually requires 6 years of experience , depending on education.
