From Education to Policy Impact in European Healthcare Hybrid from Brussels, time: CET October 16, 2026 09:00 - October 16, 2026 17:30 This final meeting will showcase the key outputs and legacy of PROGRAMMING and explore how the Action’s achievements can be translated into policy and clinical practice . The program will focus on practical ways to improve and harmonise standards of care for older people across Europe, strengthen interprofessional education and collaboration , and reinforce the role of Geriatric Medicine as a strategic response to population ageing . The event will bring together policymakers, researchers, healthcare professionals and civil society to discuss how the work initiated within PROGRAMMING can generate lasting impact and support future collaborations.
