Strengthening institutional capacities of the Security and Justice Sector in Colombia Strengthen the capacities of national and subnational institutions in Colombia's Security and Justice Sector to coordinate, plan, and implement integrated responses to complex and organized crime, through the coordination of the National Planning Department (DNP). This includes enhancing inter-institutional governance, improving the strategic use of data and technology, and fostering shared intelligence capabilities to support evidence-based decision-making and more effective crime prevention and response strategies.
