Join the Salesforce.org Hub in the Trailblazer Community to connect with other folks in the nonprofit, higher ed, and K–12 sectors who are using Salesforce. Do I need to have a Salesforce org to apply for the Power of Us Program? A Salesforce org (or trial) is not required to complete your Power of Us application. Please apply and you will be provisioned a Salesforce org with your licenses. Can I try the product before applying? The trial is not required to apply for the Power of Us Program. Please note that your trial org will not convert to production after you apply, so we ask that you do not begin implementation in the trial org. The trial will deactivate after 30 days. Education customers: Yes, you can try Sales Cloud and Service Cloud CRM for up to 30 days. Nonprofit customers: Yes, you can try Nonprofit Cloud for up to 30 days. Tips for qualifying for state tax exemption. Ensure the name on the certificate matches the name used in your application. Enter “Salesforce, Inc.” as the seller on the tax-exempt certificate.
