Your mission will be to coach, mentor, and train teams and business partners on lean-agile practices in software development, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. The group is currently in the preparation phase for two business transformation projects: one covering Finance, Procurement, and Logistics processes (new ERP system) and, in parallel, the implementation of a new Human Capital Management system.
