Under the overall supervision of the National Resource Management Officer and direct supervision of the Senior Finance Associate; in close coordination with Finance and Administrative staff in IOM Washington DC global office and its sub-offices; and in collaboration with relevant units at Headquarters and the Administrative Centers, the successful candidate will be responsible for. Qualifications Required Qualifications and Experience Education • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finances, or related field with three years of relevant professional experience; or, • High School diploma with five years of relevant experience Accredited Universities are those listed in the UNESCO World Higher Education Database. Experience Under the overall supervision of the National Resource Management Officer and direct supervision of the Senior Finance Associate; in close coordination with Finance and Administrative staff in IOM Washington DC global office and its sub-offices; and in collaboration with relevant units at Headquarters and the Administrative Centers, the successful candidate will be responsible for. Skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, E-mail, Outlook. • Attention to detail, ability to organize paperwork in a methodical way. • Discrete, details and clients-oriented, patient and willingness to learn new things. • Ability to work with national and international institutions. • Ability to prepare clear and concise report. • Demonstrated ability to and exercise sound judgment. • Sound knowledge IOM's administrative, budgetary, financial, and business rules and practices • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
