This position is located within the Talent Engagement and Acquisition Section of the Division of People and Culture and reports to the People and Culture Manager (Talent Engagement and Acquisition), P-4. The Talent Outreach function promotes UNICEF as an employer of choice by coordinating global outreach initiatives, employer branding activities, career fairs and strategic engagement opportunities. The function also manages partnerships with academic institutions and coordinates internship and fellowship programmes to strengthen UNICEF's visibility among students and early-career professionals. How can you make a difference? Under the close supervision and guidance of the People and Culture Manager (Talent Engagement and Acquisition), P-4, the People and Culture Officer (Talent Outreach) provides professional support to the implementation of UNICEF's talent outreach strategy. The incumbent contributes to strengthening UNICEF's employer brand by coordinating outreach initiatives, career fairs and academic partnerships. The position is responsible for the operational implementation of assigned outreach activities, stakeholder engagement, reporting and continuous improvement, supporting headquarters, regional and country offices in expanding UNICEF's visibility and attracting qualified and diverse candidates. Work Experience : A minimum of two years of relevant professional experience in human resources, talent outreach, employer branding, stakeholder engagement, or a related field. Language Requirements : Knowledge of English language at a Proficient level is required. Desirables: Language: Knowledge of another official UN language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian or Spanish). Experience in talent outreach, employer branding, career fairs, academic partnerships, internships, fellowships, digital engagement and/or social media management would be an asset.
