Organizational Context and Scope Under the overall supervision of the CoM and the Head of Programmes (Humanitarian), and the direct supervision of the National Project Officer (CBI), the successful candidate will support the CBI unit’s data collection, protection, management and utilization. The incumbent will be responsible for management of Unified Cash Transfer data and the systems required for its storage, protection and analysis. This position will support providing flexibility to address diverse humanitarian needs through cash assistance that covers the common needs of people within each Strategic Priority through a harmonized transfer, directly contributing to the humanitarian outcomes. They will support the CBI unit’s reporting and monitoring by collecting, consolidating and extracting relevant data for use in internal and external publications, reviews, reports and assessments. Additionally, they will ensure data sharing procedures and deadlines are respected, with particular attention to regular and ad-hoc internal, Unified Cash Transfer, OCHA, partner, and donor requests for information. Qualifications Required Qualifications and Experience Education High school diploma with at least five years of relevant work experience; Or, Bachelor’s degree in Political or Social Sciences, International Relations, Development Studies, Migration Studies, Human Rights, Law or related fields from an accredited academic institution with three years of relevant professional experience. Experience Experience in data management and use of different techniques for data visualization and monitoring for CBI programming. Extensive knowledge of data protection guidelines and principles; Experience working with a non-governmental organization and/or international organization is an advantage. Familiarity with CBI programming within IOM and/or other UN agencies. Expertise of ESRI ArcGIS and other GIS-related software is an advantage; Skills Advanced level of Microsoft Office applications; Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server is required. Personal commitment, efficiency, flexibility and drive for results; Basic knowledge of Python programming and syntax is an advantage Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator / Id-Design / Photoshop /PoweBI, GIS/ Kobo toolbox/ SPSS or other graphics software; Ability to work effectively and harmoniously within a team of colleagues from varied cultures and professional backgrounds; Capable of working under stressful conditions; Ability and willingness to travel to field locations and work in insecure and hardship environment.
