Support to the Implementation of the Disaster Risk Management Action Plan (DRM-AP) 2 Consistent with the Disaster Risk Management Action Plan (2026-2030), the general objective of this TC is to promote a comprehensive, proactive approach to disaster risk management, to build resilience before hazards escalate into disasters and to enable a rapid response when disasters occur. The specific objectives of the TC include: (i) to improve the quality of information on disaster risks and to strengthen the countries' analytical capacities, and (ii) to build a stronger foundation of disaster-resilient governance and public policy in the IDB member countries.
