Support for the Regulatory Transformation of the Financial and Payments Sector in Mexico The overall objective of this technical cooperation is to support Mexican financial authorities in the design, issuance, and implementation of regulatory reforms that enable public access to financial services or facilitate adjustments aimed at closing gaps relative to international standards in any subsector. Specifically, the technical cooperation supports the design and implementation of reforms that strengthen digital financial inclusion, close gaps with international standards regarding fintech regulation, and consolidate the development of Digital Public Financial Infrastructures (DPFI) as a public good.
