Support for the Design and Financing of Digital Infrastructure for Cities and Regions of Colombia The general objective of this Technical Cooperation (TC) is to strengthen FINDETER's and Colombian subnational government's institutional capacity to design, finance, and prepare high-quality digital infrastructure projects that accelerate meaningful connectivity, digital transformation and improve public services delivery. The specific objectives are: (i) develop detailed diagnostics and project models enabling subnational entities to structure viable digital infrastructure investments; and (ii) build local capabilities to design and prepare sustainable pilot digital infrastructure initiatives.
