For the past three decades, our work in Bangladesh has made a significant impact, and we are now looking for a Specialist- People & Culture The Role The Specialist-P&C will act as the primary P&C focal point for Cox’s Bazar, providing support across Talent Acquisition, payroll, HR operations, and employee lifecycle management. The role will lead end-to-end recruitment, promote fair and inclusive hiring practices, and guide Hiring Managers and interview panels on effective selection processes. The position will also ensure accurate payroll, timesheet management, HR compliance, audit readiness, workforce planning for proposals, and workforce reporting, while supporting onboarding, staff development, and value-based, feminist leadership practices. What we’re looking for University degree in HR, Business Administration, Public Policy & Governance, Public Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, with strong experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, employee lifecycle management, and business partnering. In-depth end-to-end recruitment and business partnering skills. Knowledge of DEI, gender-transformative approaches, unconscious bias, and feminist leadership. Strong practical knowledge of payroll, tax, benefits, and HR compliance, including Bangladesh labour law. Experience with employee lifecycle management, HRIS, and vendor management. Proficient in HR data, Excel, reporting, and workforce analytics skills. Ability to provide confidential, professional, and empathetic HR support. The salary package for this role is BDT (160,707-182,086) monthly CTC, along with other benefits, i.e., hospitalization benefit for spouse and children, contributory provident fund, gratuity, festival bonus (2), leave, group insurance, yearly medical check-up for employee, and day care facilities.
