Minimum requirements: Education: Diplôme universitaire supérieur (Master ou équivalent) dans un domaine pertinent : marketing, sciences sociales, développement, ingénierie sanitaire, gestion, ou discipline connexe. Expérience professionnelle: au moins 10 années d'expérience professionnelle pertinente en marketing de l'assainissement et développement des produits d'assainissement ; expérience significative en assainissement et développement de systèmes de marché (Market Systems Development) ; expérience en Afrique subsaharienne, de préférence en Afrique de l'Ouest ; Conduite d’au moins 3 projets de Marketing de l’Assainissement ; Expérience démontrée dans au moins deux pays africains; Exigences linguistiques la maitrise du français est exigée et un bon niveau de l’anglais est requis. Connaissances / expertise / compétences: expériences démontrées en renforcement des capacités et coaching d'acteurs opérationnels ; bonne maîtrise des approches de développement de l'offre, de la demande et du financement de l'assainissement ; • capacité démontrée à analyser des performances et à accompagner l'adaptation de programmes ; excellente capacité rédactionnelle et de synthèse ; Desirables: Atouts souhaitables: expérience en marketing de l'assainissement, Market Systems Development, Human-Centered Design (HCD), développement commercial des TPE, financement de l'assainissement et approches de vente.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality results under tight deadlines For every Child, you demonstrate...
